HELP PLEASE

I have had a garden pond for a few years now, gets taken down in the late fall then put back up in the spring. It is a 330 gallon pond that is preformed plastic. It has 5 6" goldfish and 2 tadpoles in it plus 2 floating plants. This year already, it has gotten that green hair algae SO BAD within the last week or so. I've added some stuff that is suppose to help with it but it's basically exploded within the last 24-48 hours. I don't know how to get rid of it and it's getting so bad it looks like a swamp. I live in Michigan in the lower peninsula on the west side of the state if that helps at all. Does anyone have any suggestions of stuff that really works for algae that I can get online or something? And is safe for fish and plants. And my dog sometimes drinks from it if I don't catch her. Thanks.
thank you for the advice the01animal's but i do infact have a pump for up to 500 gallons and it goes over a bridge and back over to "fall" into the pond. thats what i dont understand.
