Please send me 10 points or better for this. Just update the phone. Insert your info. The downgrade the device and jailbreak it again and there it is in your name. That is all!! No a days you can download jailbreaking software online where dont know. Your welcome
 
When i hook up the phone and open itunes it still says the previous owners name. How do I put it under my name and put songs onto the phone? The lady who I bought it from said not to update any software on itunes to the iphone becuase it will mess up the whole "jailbroken" concept. How do I go about doing this?
If I wanted to deal with "re-unlocking" it I would, its not that easy. Hitting restore in itunes will update it and mess it up being unlocked..
