It just spins.? I would like to know how much it would cost to fix and who fixes things like that. I asked the dealership where we purchased it and they gave a BS reason about replacing the whole radio and the cost I was given was $700. I know this is a joke and should be a simple fix for something rather cheap, or at least way less than $700. That's highway robbery..Any input would be great. Tks.
