...on. What does that mean? The manual says one of the emissions control systems may have a problem. What exactly does that mean? And why won't the car start? The manual talks about the light coming on while driving, and that you should get it checked ASAP, but is it so critical that the car won't even start? I'll probably have to have it towed now.
