I have a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe Lx which doesn't stay on?

it was hit in the front end which didn't really do much damage. radiator and condensor weren't even touched.. car used to turn on and stay on fine but after the battery died and i put it on my charger it won't stay on even when i push the gas...i know its not the alternator bc its on my charger and still won't stay on.. any ideas of what it could be? thanks

even after the accident the car would stay on fine.
 
check your air filter and MAF sensor ,or even your canister you can locate the canister by looking on the inside of your hood when you open it you should see a vacuum diagram and if any hoses are off they will keep the engine from running
