It has been sitting for maybe a little over a week and has about 1,100 miles on it. When I turn the key on, the display lights light up and I can sound the horn. I tried jumping it, thinking maybe it was the battery, but that had no affect. When I try starting it it will barely turn over and then click several times. After a few tries it won't even turn over and will just give a continuous clicking sound. There even is a point where there is no clicking and just a buzzing sound. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I think it's the starter relay? Please help!

I checked the battery connections and they were fine. The batter tested great (13-14 V), so it's not the battery. I am still looking at the Solenoid and the spark plug.
