...told I have extended? power train warranty...I took it to ford but they said to tear the transmission down to see what exactly is wrong with it, I would be risking $760 out of my pocket if not approved by the warranty and than if not approved they will not put it back...what are the chances it doesn't get fixed? The other thing that sucks is I am still paying the car...
 
Always with the Ford Focus having problems. I am starting to believe there is a reason why you can get a year 2000 Ford Focus for like $3000.

Get a 2000 Subaru Impreza, they cost like $3000 also and dont suck like a Focus. I have heard bad things about this car, more even than the Jetta and there were some unloved years of it!
