um sounds like it was installed incorrectly.....just a guess but if it failed that fast .......either that or ur camshaft or seal seat r damaged......the 1st is more likely but either is possible

breaking. Whats up? I had the seal replaced and after about 5 miles it broke again. What could cause this part to keep failing?
