I have a 2004 Suzuki C50 Boulevard motorcycle that won't stay running?

The bike starts but won't stay running, the code reads F1. The top pipe is cold while the bottom pipe gets hot. I have already changed the spark plugs and it did not fix the problem. I have checked the bottom pipe and it looks fine. The motorcycle only has 4000 original miles Any ideas?
 
Take it to a suzuki dealership, only they will have the software to read the FI(fuel injection) code and diagnose the problem..this is not a DIY situation.
