Turn the key on there should be a red security light blinking on the left hand side top of the gages when it stops blinking,10 minutes turn the key off then start the car it happens with mine all the time.On mine the starter does not turn???
 
the ignition it sticks,? then when it turns it turns the starter but no fuel.these cars are known to have a problem with the passlock system,there is also a clicking sound coming from behind the hazzard button.I was told that the turn signal would cause that sound,but could the fluctuation in voltage caused by the clicking sound cause a passlock failure.would the passlock failure still allow the starter to turn but kill the fuel pump?
