I have a 2004 jeep cherokee limited and i am trading it in for a 2002 jeep tj .. good or bad?

i need to downsize because of gas prices.. the cherokee is a V8 the TJ is a V6 staight six manual. the cheokee has 133,000 kms on it and the TJ has 166,00. I think its a fair trade to downsize a little bit
