i have a 2004 jaguar xtype that got flooded in the tn rain storm it will not

start does it sound totaled? people telling that its totaled but i dnt want to cancel it out yet,i did not have insurance and i dont know what to do...anybody ever had their jaguar flooded out??? Water got inside the car as well
