I have a 2004 honda civic, while driving when i turn my headlights or a/c my gauges

shut off? then after a minute car loses power, if i hold the clutch in gauges pop up until i started accelerating.
at idle i can turn everything on brights, a/c, radio, roll up and down windows, and cant get gauges to drop, help?
