I have a 2003 Toyota Sequoia with a rear entertainment system that plays VHS tapes. ?

The car was purchased used from another state. The prior owners had the VHS programed to 89.7 on their fm dial so when you turned to that channel the movie would play through the radio. However where I live, 89.7 is a radio station and the movie will not play clearly on that channel. I need help figuring out how to change the radio station in sync with the VHS player so the movie will come clearly through the radio. (my son is only 4 and will not keep headphones on so we need the radio)! Please HELP!
 
Do you have the owners manual for the car? It should have instructions in it or a seperate manual for the player.
If you have none try the Toyota dealer nearest you to see if they can tell you how to do it.
