I have a 2003 Pontiac Aztek and the sunroof is leaking has anybody had this happen to...

...them? And what can i do to make it stop? I got a really good deal on my car and i noticed some interior staining but i thought the person who owned it before just left the windows down cause i asked him if it leaked and he no it was perfect and it rained very hard this morning i got in car and the whole inside was really wet...Thanks for your help!!
 
Sounds like the rubber seal around the sun roof may be bad or damaged. Its also possible that its not closing properly. You should be able to look at it from the top to see if it is or not. A temporary fix would be to take some tape (something like painters tape to avoid damaging the paint) and sealing off the area around the sunroof or a covering it with a tarp when your not driving it. A good shampooing should remove most of the water stains.
