i have a 2003 ford ranger edge 3.0?

my 2003 Ford ranger edge is under an extened warrenty and it seems like it has no power somtimes the truck has 72,258 miles and i took it to the ford garage and they said it showed two codes first code was a mafs and the second was a tps and i cleaned the mafs and it didnt help it and i was wondering if the tps sensor would make it not have that much power and i dont think the cats would be stopped up with only 72,258 miles what else could it be and when this happened it did not throw the cheak engine light i have replaced the spark plugs and thats it when i bought it it only had 64,000 miles help please
