I have a 2002 toyota sequoia and the check engine light is on. ?

I have reset it twice and still comes on. I checked the code at checker auto and the device showed P0155, 02 heater circuit. Bank 2, sensor 1. Where is this sensor located and how hard is it to replace? Does it matter if I buy one at an auto store or should I get one at a dealer?
