I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 that keeps blowing my brake light and low beam light...

...on the driver side only.? I'm not sure if the brakes lights is due to water getting in but the tail lights don't go off. The headlight did have the middle prong on the 3 prong connector the light plugs into burnt up.I replaced the connector in full and the light work for an hour but then blew agian.this only happen on the driver side lights.
