i have a 2001 ford sport trac 4 wheel drive i hit the button by mistake and now it

is stuck in 4 wheel low.? I was driving at about 10 to 15 miles an hour and i move my hand and hit the button by mistake into low. and now it is stuck there, any thing i can do to fix myself
