if its cranking over like the starter is working? if it is then your fuel pump is most likely froze up from the varnish that was made in the gas from sitting that long,u can probably hit the tank with a wood block and free the pump without removing the tank and pump,but the varnish will still be in the tank,you will have to drop it to get it cleaned out,i use a power washer in the tank after i properly dispose of the old fuel
