Your dealer has a kit for exactly that.
The original lift pump on the 98 thru 04 models was so problematic that Mopar quit serviceing them alltogether and replaced it with a "lift pump update kit".
Call your local dealer with the last 9 digits of you VIN and ask for it. They are so common they will have them in stock.
It comes with everything you need from electrical harness to plumbing and a complete fuel tank module with pump. And very good instructions also.
Bad news is it costs a little over $400.00 bucks.
Good news is it's the last pump you'll likely ever buy. They've proven very reliable since introduced 4 years ago.
Best of luck!
