T Travis D New member Dec 12, 2010 #1 ...it wouldnt start my battery ? The battery was at 11.6 v .....it wouldnt turn over at all but when I got jump cables it went back to 13.5 but still wouldnt turn it tried to but didnt..... Is it the battery atlr. Or starter help please
