i have a 2000 toyota celica GTS with 6 speed my problem is getting inspection.?

i put a tried to get it inspected twice and the first time i had 4 things up not ready C, EV, O was not ready so the guy told me put more miles on it and i wanted to know how many i already put a little over a 100 miles since new battery HELP
