i have a 2000 jeep tj with no lift if i add 2 1/2 lift will it fit 33 tires?

i have a 2000 jeep sahara with no lift and 30 tires if i buy 2 1/2 spacer lift kit will it fit 33 tires and if any one has that can you post pictures
