...left turn? It comes on when I just hit a bump.Where is the sensor so I can replace it or remove it...And no, the doors are not ajar

Spray some WD-40 on all the door latches and then open and shut each door 10-12 times. My 2000 Ranger used to do this. I found out the door hinges were sticky and it was causing the door to not latch 100%. By spraying WD-40 on them, I unfroze them and now the door ajar lights never come on, well, unless my doors are open.

It is possible that you have a bad sensor, but try this first because it is cheap, easy, and it worked for me.

Somewhere on your door frame openings, there is a switch, usually on the front part of the frame. These switches not only turn on the dome light, but also go to the sensor relay for "Door Ajar". Check all of them first for being intermittent (wiggle the button side to side, not just in and out). If they are good, then you have to go to the sensor. If you do not have a wiring schematic with your owner's manual, a Chilton Repair Manual for your year and make truck can be obtained at auto parts stores. This will give you the location of the sensor.
