I have a 2000 ford ranger that will crank and then die unless I gve it lots of gas. Sometimes, once I have parked it for the night, it won't even crank until the next morning. My driveway is on an incline, so I am not sure if this is adding to the problem. It seems to work better when I park it on a flat surface, like at work. I find that if I come out to the truck every couple of hours and crank it, give it some gas for a minute or two and then shut it off, that it doesn't give me as many issues when I actually need to use it. What could this be? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
