I have a 2000 Dodge Neon with 200k miles on it. We just put 4 new tires on it and balanced all 4. Still, from the second you start it up there is some moderate vibration. Once you get going, it vibrates very roughly and loudly (seems like it's coming from the floor-board area). When you turn, it seems to vibrate a lot less (during the turn). What's wrong with it?
