The hatch is open but the auto lock will not open the door (the door must be opened manually). We have a small piece of plastic approximatley 3/4 inches long by 1/2 inch wide with a hole in the middle, one side is curved and the three other side have a small notch in them. Can anyone tell me where this part goes or how to get the lock working correctly.
