I can pour gas in the engine and it will crank and run fine. when you shut it off and try to crank it again you have to prime it with gas. Also at the same time the alternator went out. i put a new one on and it charges when you first crank it up but after a few minutes the voltage Gauge goes to zero even tho the battery still shows 12 volts with a meter. I also changed the fuel pump because there was only 45 psi pressure and someone told me it need 60 to crank.
I have a 2000 Dodge 1500 V8 5.9L truck it will turn over but will not start.?
