...and will not shift up.? the transmission down shifts and will not shift up on a steep incline or under load...I have checked the codes and it says transmission slipage detected. I have been told by several people that the valve body in the transmission is a problem on these trucks but, I have never had nor seen a valve body throw a slippage code. My best guess is to rebuild the transmission but, if anyone can let me know why it would be the valve body throwing this code, it would be greatly appreciated.
