J John New member Mar 9, 2011 #1 tank then it goes to 1/4 of tank? My gas gauge bounces all over the place then stays at 3/4 full dropping to 1/2 and then full when there is only a 1/4 tank left. What is going on? is it the gauge or the sending unit?
