I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport and the A/C only blows ice cold for about

5-10 minutes then it is vent air.? It also will do this if I have to turn the car off for a moment (to pump gas for example). It will be blowing nice cold air, and once I start the car back up, it will only blow the vent air (no temperature or humidity regulation). Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
