I have a 1999 jeep cherokee 4.0 litre?

I have noticed a squeeling or chirping noise coming from the water pump pulley for a couple weeks now... if you apply wd40 or the likes, it will stop for a day or two. The squeal is definately coming from the bearing on the water pump, can't tell if the weep hole is leaking, but is it time to replace the water pump?
the drive belt is not slipping
 
Are you sure it's not just the belt slipping? Adjust it to spec, and if it's still happening then yes, replace the water pump.
