I have a 1999 Dodge Dakota. There is a baby rattle noise coming from under the hood.?

I have had it for about 6 months. The noise has always been there. It will make the noise when driving about 20-40 MPH. When I let off teh peddle it goes away. I have lost no power, the truck runs just as good as it has. There are no leaks in the motor and it is well maintained as far as tune ups and oil changes, etc.... what could the noise be?
