I have a 1999 Audi a4 When the car gets to operating temp it starts to smoke.?

The smoke is blue and smells like oil. I have rebuilt the turbo, put new valve seals (intake and exhaust), both of the front pistons, new piston rings, honed the cylinders, head gasket, some connectors in the vacuum lines, and Im sure I am forgetting some other things. Does anyone know what could be the problem
