brights work just fine.? my car lights (low beams) just refuse to work. The brights seem to work just fine. My dad (who is a mechanic) looked at them, he thought maybe it was the bulbs. He changed the bulbs, but still nothing.. brights work, lows dont. He checked all the wires and checked the voltage n stuff like that with this car light thingy to test the voltage.. on brights it was 125. and on lows we got nothing. HELP!!! :S
