i have a 1998 pontiac grand prix gt 2 door i need help?

i have some problems i drive down the road and i hear a clicking noise everytime i hit a bump and i think it might be the strut towers they are rusty and are starting to break and was wondering if my back rims and tires are suppose to stick out but the front ones are straight
