I have a 1998 honda civic dx d16y7?

I have a 1998 Honda civic dx d16y7 looks like the catalytic converter is welded onto the manifold, the manifold I got online has a bolt pattern and my manifold does not have any bolts it looks like it is welded right onto the manifold, my question is do i now need to buy a catalytic converter to complete my set?
