I have a 1998 Dodge Stratus. It dies out on me going down highway. starts

back up just fine any answers? when it first did it it just died. i drove it yesterday just outside of town and back and it felt like there was hesitation. i got back into town and it died again. please help
 
Not injectors..The Fuel filter is plugged up.

Same thing happened to me on a long trip.
