Yes, where the oil line is.
Fill the transmission with the approved transmission fluid through the tube that the transmission dip stick is located in. You're going to need to use a funnel.
Make sure that you check / fill your transmission fluid when you're vehicle is cool (a hot transmission causes the oil to expand, throwing off your reading). Also, make sure you're parked on a flat surface.
Make sure that you add a little at a time, then check the dipstick. You can always put more in, but if you overfill the transmission, you have a lot of more work to do.
As for the coolant leak:
Not to sound like a smart a#$, but it could leak out of any part of the cooling system. Is it leaking onto the ground? Is it slowly disapearing?
One test you can do is buy a pressure cap from any parts store. Your radiator cap should have a number on it, which indicates the amount of pressure the cooling system holds.
Follow the instructions on the pressure cap to see if your cooling system is holding pressure. Also, if it is not holding pressure, you'll be able to see right away, because coolant will be flying out.
