exact number? the ecu # is f7cf-12a650-ad and it has the code nnn3 on the top. is their another ecu i can use or does it have to match exactly and if i cant find one how much to get a ecu flashed and were? supposedly this is what i need to get my car running again its a 1997 ford escort with a 2.0 dual overhead cam and a manual transition can anyone help plz
 
Any ecu out of another escort that year with the same motor and trans should work. You can use the ones out of the mercury tracers also, mercurys version of the escort. It is located behind the lower center part of the dash.
