I have a 1997 chevy 1500 WT 4.3L vortec engine. It turns over but won't run. I have spark to the plugs and fuel to the throttle body. So I used the code reader and it shows the (P1351) ignition Control Circuit Voltage is High. Where is it located and do you think it needs replaced or is something else in the system causing this reading? Thanks for your time and help!
