manifold just cracked. small crack.? i have to top off the water and oil about once a month. as long as i do this (nursing) the fluids will the engine keep for a couple of months or will the engine blow anyway. what are the warning signs before the motor blows? thank you!
 
There was a class action lawsuit against Ford because of your exact problem. Not sure of the outcome but might be worth checking into. Definitely get it fixed, it is not that expensive.
