...accelerate.? I have had new tires, balanced and aligned, complete tune-up, new motor mounts and have still not been able to fix it. It occurs when I am accelerating and stops when I take my foot off the gas. It happens when I am going down the highway out of the clear blue and at any speed and will also stop when I take my foot off the gas. The shimmy stops only when you take your foot off the gas but will start right back up when you punch the gas pedal again. It will also eventually just stop and may not happen again for days or weeks. My mechanic is baffeled because it has not occured when he has it, of course. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Anyone with similar experiences/resolutions?
