I have tried 3 times to pass the Emissions test for smog but the NOx levels are to high. 1275 and 959. I have changed the catalytic converter twice and the oxygen sensor once. There is no EGR valve and you can't adjust the timing. I've also replaced the spark plugs. Put a K &N cold air intake on it. What can I do?
I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler 6 cyl. that can't pass the NOx Emissions Test .?
