Once I apply the brakes to stop, then proceed to drive forward, the truck feels like the brakes are still being applied. Not so much to stop the truck completely, but to cause a drag and I have to give it more gas for it to move and drive. When I first start the truck, after it has been sitting for a while, I don't have this problem. I park it on a small decline and as soon as the parking brake is off and the clutch is applied it wants to roll forward. Once I drive it around the block and park it in the same place on the decline, push the clutch in, the truck feels like the brakes are being applied. Any suggestions would help.
