i have a 1994 Mazda 626 & with a/c problems?

i have a 1994 Mazda 626 & with a/c problems I just put a Used A/C compressor out of a wrecked car ( a/c was working ) and put it in my car put 3 cans of 134A (12oz) and it will not cool down when the a/c Clutch the compressor seems like it wants to lock up but i put another Clutch and its still doing the same thing can any one please help let me know what could be the problem the other compressor is good 2 i am guessing because its was doing the same thing but not locking up just was not cooling even with the freon in it
