...vibration noise? I have a 1994 Ford F-150 with a 4.9L and a manual transmission. I started getting a noise whenever the truck is drive at 25, 35, and 45 MPH. Now the noise is a lot worse and it sounds like the entire bottom of my truck is going to vibrate off at those speeds. But only when it’s cold, after the truck warms up it does not make the noise. I don’t know where to start looking for the solution.
 
Your transmission is worn and needs to be rebushed. I had the same engine and trans combo in my '84 F-150, and that's exactly what was wrong with mine. This happened at 125,000 mi. I kept that truck for another 100,000 mi and it was still perfect in '99 when I sold it.
