I Have a 1994 Dodge Dakota..?

I want to raise it up a bit, will a 2 in. body lift and a 2 in. suspension lift even make a noticable difference? also, i have stock rims, 15" .. if i bought new rims, say 18's would that raise it another 3 inches? also, is there anything else i can get for it that would increase the height of it? thanks
