I have a 1993 lexus LS400, the heater is not working, ?

I checked the fuses and change the thermostat in my car and still blowing cold air. Please help the winter in his state is really cold!!
I will appreciate your help,

Could be a problem with the heater core or the little actuators that switch from A/C air to heat...
 
Best bet is to take it to a reputable repair facility and have it checked by a professional rather than just guessing and swapping out parts hoping for a cheap fix.
